they came nice and starched but become limp after a wash
H&T –
They were not starched but pressed (ironed). Our cotton towels are soft and are supposed to be “limp” after a wash. In fact that is an expectation by a user. We feel sorry you are not familiar with how this material works. You are probably used to some kind of polyester materials which don’t change much in feel before or after a wash. Since you have these, please continue to use them and cotton kitchen towels may grow on you over time.
