Hem and Tassel,  shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Hem and Tassel shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. 


Availability

At Hem & Tassel.com, we go out of our way to select the kind of distinctive merchandise for which the Hem and Tassel brand is recognized. Please understand that many of our featured items are offered in limited quantities and, because of their limited availability, stock will not and cannot be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on Hem & Tassel.com is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner. Product Information

Hem and Tassel products displayed on the website are available in certain Hem and Tassel stores in the United States. The prices displayed on the website, however, are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States and Canada. Keep in mind, Hem & Tassel.com does not carry every item in stock, at all times. 


Pricing

Some Hem and Tassel products displayed on the website are available in select stores in the United States while supplies last. In some cases, web merchandise may not be available in stores. Stores may also have different prices or promotional events at different times. Sale prices on the website are Internet-only specials and do not reflect the pricing of stores. 


Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate. 


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hem and Tassel, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

RETURNS POLICY

Our Return Policy

To keep prices fair, we do not build in redundancies into pricing and we want you to consider returning goods only if the product is defective or damaged
 
If the product is defective:  and if the  merchandise is returned within 30 days of the delivery date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued at the original selling price. After one year, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
For goods without defect:  returned for any reason, will qualify for refunds under these conditions: Textiles, must be returned in their original packing and unopened and unused due to health and hygiene considerations. Non-textile goods must arrive in a safe, and fully re-sellable condition when received by us. In either case we would apply a re-stocking fee deduction of 25% of its regular price to calculate the refund. Please continue to read the remainder of this policy
 
Please also note: 
  • Textile goods returned with opened packages and / or used will be discarded without qualifying for refund or exchange
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Gift Card purchases will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit. 
  • Aall product-related issues, such as missing or damaged items must be reported within 15 days of the shipping date. 
  •  Please note that if you are unable to clear Customs or are unable to pay any related import charges, we would not be able to accept returns / issue refunds once the package has arrived to your country

 Returning & Exchanging Online, App & Phone Orders

To return or exchange merchandise purchased on Hem & Tassel.com, our phone app, or over phone or email, please email us with details of your order no. Our customer service professionals will be in touch with you to walk you through the process. You may be asked to verify some personal details like address or other information related to your payment method etc. to verify your identity to process the return

Refund Process

Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur. Please process and mail multiple returns individually.
A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

We no longer include pre-paid return labels in any shipments. Please follow the instructions above to start your return or exchange. If you have an Hem and Tassel account, sign in, then locate and select the order you wish to return or exchange.
