How do you brew the best espresso?

if you haven't been using a moka pot, this will need some experimenting. The first major influence is salinity of the water. The steel boiler can be descaled to maintain taste. The roast which you already use in a drip maker or French Press may not always fit espressos perfectly, especially if you want to make Americanos. Choosing Robusta or Arabica will also matter. Add or reduce the amount of grind to tweak the intensity but do not tamp with pressure like automatic espresso machines. Fiinally, get finicky with the origin region but avoid flavored coffees in a Moka pot - not always what you expect

Pairs well with:

Stylish, cotton, dinner napkins
Portuguese cork coasters & trivets
And your favorite espresso grind

Care:

Unscrew all components to wash by hand. Do not put in dishwasher

UPPER coffee collector:
• Avoid soap and scrubbers inside
• Rinse after each use by rubbing your fingers along the surface or use a soft sponge
• Allow it to develop a haze over time. That is actually good.

LOWER steel boiler:
Use detergent and sponge inside if needed

Freshen it by drying out all parts overnight

Use sponges for the outside. Scourer pads can damage the color coating
