the napkins are 5-star and also your customer service to solve my problem. I am putting 4 stars so other folks can know what happened. One of the my four napkins got a thread pulled on the edging and just unravelled completely. These guys sent me a replacement immediately when I sent a pic. It’s been 3 months since I use the napkins regularly. The others have not given me any trouble. I gave 4 stars only because I was very mad when it happened.

Thank you for the great review. Our products are highly rated, but its good to get a frank opinion and 4 stars. You are right, sometimes the overlock scalloping can come undone completely. That only happens if the stitches did not go through the hem all the way and remained superficial. You can’t tell just looking at it, but even a slight pull can unravel the thread. We are glad we could satisfy you with our follow up to your original complaint

We prefer cloth napkins because they are less waste. These are good napkins
