ABOUT THE CARD / HOW TO USE / IMPLIED TERMS:
- The gift card can be used to buy any items in our Shop
- You will receive a purchase confirmation after you order is processed, and the gift card code will be sent within 24 hours thereafter
- The gift card is a virtual item. It is in the form of a unique code which can be used one time
- To use the gift card, enter the code on the CART page as a “coupon” code
- The gift card is not equal to cash and cannot be traded as a return or refund for cash – in other words Hem And Tassel cannot refund or credit partial amounts
- If the checkout amount is greater than the value of the card, the payor can cover the balance by credit card at time of check out
- The order of the gift card is final and cannot be cancelled or returned / refunded. The gift CODE can be cancelled and re-issued if the original code has not been used partially or fully
- The code cannot be resent if you make an error about the email address, so please double-check accuracy of the email address where we should send it
- We generate code after verifying your order manually and send by email. if you do not receive the email code within 24 hours, please contact us with all details of your order

If shared with another party accidentally and used by them, no claim whatsoever can be made for compensation by H&T
