US CUSTOMERS: Since August 2025, all shipments to USA need to clear CBP. That means there are added costs of customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, MPF, import fees, documentation, article fee and others.  We include all those costs so you are not paying various agencies

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:  Goods ship from British Columbia. No duties and related costs apply

The majority of our customers want standard mailing since price of product does not justify expensive courier rates.  We use Canada Post, USPS and Chit Chats (with their agents) to ship.  US Shipping time is between 3-9 business days.  Canadian shipping times are between 3-6 business days

RETURNS: Customers will cover costs for returned shipments
