PRICE TRANSPARENCY – WHAT YOU WILL PAY AT CHECKOUT

AS OF AUGUST 29TH, 2025:

🇨🇦 Canadian customers 🇨🇦 will see all applicable charges at checkout after entering shipping address:   a) handling charge   b) surcharge and,   c)  shipping

  1. Shipping is standard via Canada Post / Our shipping service
  2. Surcharge is  payment processing fee – shown separately instead of “building into” a higher price
  3. No other charges will apply to Canadian customers
  4. DTE products are not shipped to Canada from USA

🇺🇸 American customers 🇺🇸  will see  additional charges for our products shipped from Canada

a) Handling charge,   b) Surcharge and,   c) CONSOLIDATED  Shipping costs will be added at check out
“CONSOLIDATED SHIPPING” includes:
  1. Customs duties (tariffs) – This is a variable from 15% and up to 75% calculated on product price  as determined by CBP / US Govt.
  2. MPF  – charged by CBP / US Govt.
  3. Import Fee – Documentation fee – as required by CBP
  4. Broker Fee – CBP licensed Customs Brokers’ fees
  5. Bond Fee – Charged by CBP – applicable under certain circumstances
  6. Shipping – Standard shipping costs using Canada Post / USPS / Our Shipping Service Provider
 “SURCHARGE” is a transaction fee
