The product is excellent. I have ordered from this shop before. The colors online are true to what arrives. I only wish I could order mitts separate from the square pot holders. They do wash well and are well insulated.

I had a great experience with Hem and Tassel. I contacted them to ask if the sold their oven mitts separately, but they said no. I explained I had purchased 2 right hand mitts and was looking for 2 that could be used as left hand mitts and maybe in two different colours. I sent them a picture off what I had. The told ma they could only break up one set (sets are 1 mitt and 1 pot holders) so I would have to take the second set. The gave me a discount which I appreciated. What a surprise when my package arrived! Two I’ve mitts in two different colours as well as a set 1 mitt 1pot holder). Their colour choice was perfect! Thank you so much. My only suggestion going forward is you might consider selling oven mitts in sets.
