My order dispatched quickly and arrived securely packaged. The seller kept me apprised of my order's status, as well as giving me some interesting information about the production of the towels. Also, reaching out when there was a concern. I am generally pleased with the towels and they have washed up well, with no shrinkage or bleeding of colours. As mentioned in the product listing, they are indeed a little stiff, but I expect them to soften up with time and laundering. I do prefer the 'banker stripes tea towels' from the same shop (of which there is another review) but that is simply a personal preference.
